Strategic Planning

Groups who have conducted a strategic planning process will be keen to see their plans implemented. Strategy into Action is a natural extension from the planning stage and is delivered by the same consultant who facilitated the planning process. This will typically be delivered over 6 months and includes initial set up of strategic management processes, as well as support through 2 quarterly reviews of progress.

Conference Traction

High value conferences generate tangible outcomes in the form of strategic themes, projects or agreements. When conferences are effectively designed and facilitated these outcomes are often created at a new level of thinking, and will require a different level of leadership to see them through. However, energy and momentum for conference outcomes can dissipate quickly.

Strategy into Action coaching helps leaders implement immediately and then establish the resources, responsibilities and review processes to see projects through. This ensures that the original investment in the conference realises a tangible return due to the fruition of those projects.
