Board DIY
Our most experienced consultants work with boards to ensure that meetings work to fulfill their their role in overseeing strategic growth, whilst maintaining clear boundaries between the CEO and operational issues. Starting points are

In-House DIY
Weekly and monthly meetings exist and run according to a series of habits. Our coaches begin with groups by re-considering the purpose and process of the meetins. Then a selected group of volunteers or the leader are coached to facilitate using participation methods that drive relevant outcomes. The tools and skills learned are highly transferrable to other communications.
Conference DIY
For larger format meetings or conferences involving innovative and interactive sessions. The sessions are run with a professional facilitator or your own facilitators. The benefits of having your people in the lead can be realised by preparing them with the skills, knowledge and confidence to conduct the sessions in question. Coaching can be delivered one to one, or to a group of selected conference facilitators.
