Exceptional Sales and Business Development Performance - Sydney

2 year outcomes

Your role and relevant coaching and support in the first 2 years will enable you to achieve the following;

Senior Facilitator - Partner in Alliance opportunity - High quality facilitation tools - Sydney

This role will suit an experienced consultant who delivers high quality client outcomes and is seeking to elevate their commercial performance.

We have developed an end to end business model, from marketing and selling FAST solutions, through to the specific products, tools, and client delivery methods required to grow your business through FAST Meetings Co.

We are seeking to engage a preferred Sub-contract Consultant in Sydney to take up an existing surplus of existing client projects and grow the Sydney market further.

Outcomes of role

Your role and relevant coaching and support in the first 2 years will enable you to achieve the following;

  • Confidently deliver FAST tools to small and large groups of NFP and Corporate clients
  • Deliver exceptional service and value to clients
  • Build trustworthy, mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new clients
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and on sell a range of FAST tools
  • Be able to achieve sales targets through effective management of on selling and repeat business 
  • Be able to work with a team of people  to help grow sales and FAST business
  • Write structured, relevant and influential documents for clients
  • Grow your awareness and use of language and communication patterns that apply to all aspects of life
