Our team

A FAST History

Trading since 1997, FAST has its origins in a consulting and team building business called DaPo. Having spent many days and nights at salubrious conference venues, and thousands of accumulated hours in strategy meetings, a flash of inspiration whilst driving from a client meeting gave birth to the FAST structure.

Some hasty sums on the back of an envelope, and we realised that vast sums were being invested in business meetings, conferences and strategy processes with little long term return for all that human effort.

With the business case established, we have been refining our products and services ever since, with the aim of delivering longer lasting results, deeper client engagement and commitment, and more original and intuitive solutions than all other management consultancies. As a result, we've had the pleasure of working with some of Australia's leading corporates, Associations and Not for Profit agencies.
